Key Requirements
- Property must be fully paid (no outstanding mortgage for Golden Visa)
- Title deed registered with Dubai Land Department

The Process
- Purchase qualifying property and obtain title deed
- Apply via ICP (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship) or GDRFA Dubai
