Ejari (meaning "my rent" in Arabic) is Dubai's official tenancy contract registration system operated by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Registration is mandatory for every rental agreement in Dubai and is required for visa processing, DEWA connections, and school enrolment.
